The only downside to our stay was that it completely coincided with a tropical storm, so many amentities were closed. That was definitely a let down! However, not Aprils fault of course! The place was clean and well stocked (tons of beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, etc for the kids!), and all of the pools were well kept and fun! Beach was literally a 1 minute walk from the front door. April was very responsive and even accommodated an early check in for us last minute when we arrived early. We ended up enjoying the place regardless of the weather and would definitely come back! - 8/10/2024 

The place was just like home, from the bedding arrangements, being able to sleep 5 with no problem. To the balcony right over the lazy river and small table to hold drinks and play cards. The dining room table where the entire family ate and did puzzles together. And the kitchen fully stocked with dishes and utensils for cooking, BRING YOUR OWN SEASONINGS. All the amenities and pools, & arcade were clean and accessible until 11:00 pm. Besides the power outage, rowdy bridal party, and snooty ignore owners, the place is amazing. 2 bathrooms are always better than one. Oh and the bar by the pool has some great frozen drinks. The owner is amazing, she replied to messages right away and she let us use the coupon book. We were able to save money and found places to visit we didn't even know existed in SC. Also take time to read the guess book, we learned how to find shark teeth, and places to visit. Thank you so much April for a great week. We hope for a return visit sooner than later. - 8/03/2024

Our family of 4 (kids ages 8 and 10) had a great stay in April’s place. The bathrooms and bedrooms were very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. We especially liked the very easy and close beach access. The washer and dryer was so important for me as a mom on a beach vacation. Parking was easy and there was a luggage cart to bring in our things. We would certainly return to this location and condo unit. My kids loved the pools, lazy river, and hot tub. We also loved the balcony in the evening. The building appears to be shared between condo and resort/hotel, somewhat older (not reflected in the unit itself). There is some night life (bar w food and karaoke) and an arcade which was also a hit. When we slept we could not hear anything outside of our room and the beds were very comfortable with lots of pillows. - 6/19/2022 

Great experience! Condo had all the necessities needed for our family! The location is perfect as it’s away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Myrtle Beach. I also loved that it is on the third floor. The indoor pool is not the nicest, but the outdoor ones were great! My boyfriend and I are huge gym rats and we’re disappointed in the gym as all it had was a rusted bow flex, treadmill and elliptical… which really isn’t a game changer. Overall, 5 stars!! Even though this unit is in an older building, it is very clean and well equiped. Parking provides easy access to the unit, and there are elevators. The building is right on the beach and there is a bar/cafe in the building. There are several really good restaurants within 2 miles of the building. We would stay in this unit again. The host is fabulous and this unit is very reasonably priced. - 5/23/2022 

April was a great host. I really appreciated her quick responses and clear directions. The condo was clean and had all the amenities that we needed. The kitchen was well equipped with all the cookware, plates, glasses, silverware, and cooking utensils for our family.
